Purpose of the Position:
Responsible for providing analytic support across the organization to enable better data-driven decision making and planning by senior management. As part of the ‘Business Intelligence’ function, the Analyst will assist with:
- Establishing an enterprise-wide approach to data management.
- Improving information accessibility and horizontal information sharing across the organization.
- Creating a unified and integrated view of our core data aligned with main institutional objectives.
- Streamlining manual report generation through a combination of automation and outsourcing/offshoring.
Purpose of the Position:
The position of Career Services Advisor is responsible for Career Services functions and duties as they relate to providing UMA graduates employment opportunities and ensuring graduate success by building relationships with allied healthcare employers. Persons in this role will focus on managing the full-desk process of Career Services including account development, graduate engagement, graduate career readiness, job order management and employment confirmation. The Career Services Advisor reports to the Director, Career Services.
Summary of Position:
An Instructor, Dental Assistant fulfills primary instructional duties and responsibilities as assigned. Instructor, Dental Assistant provides core content instruction to students based upon the UMA standardized curriculum. An Instructor, Dental Assistant works in tandem with program leadership and cross-department representatives to maximize academic achievement, retention, certification, graduation, and placement outcomes to ensure overall health and integrity of UMA programs.
The Instructor, Dental Assistant reports to the Program Director or Ground Campus Leadership.
Purpose of the Position:
The Leave Administration Specialist has ownership and accountability for the full process of all UMA Leave of Absence types including FMLA, ADA, Military, Jury Duty and UMA specific leave programs. The Leave Administration Specialist owns all communication, support and education with the team member requesting/on leave, the business leadership and the third-party vendors that UMA partners with to ensure adherence to established benefit plans, institutional policies and procedures, and applicable state and federal laws. The Leave Administration Specialist must provide proactive, timely and accurate information in the areas of Leave of Absence policies and procedures in a caring and compassionate manner while being responsible for ensuring compliance with all state/federal leave laws in coordination with related institutional policies. The Leave Administration Specialist will partner very closely with other members of the HR, Payroll and Legal teams to determine best solutions for both the team member and UMA. The Leave Administration Specialist will also assist with initial Benefits related questions referring them to the Benefits team for more in-depth information. The Leave Administration Specialist reports to the Director, Human Resources.

Purpose of the Position
This role has primary responsibility to provide support of the core business applications for UMA, and is Tier II/III end-user support of the same. This role will act as first level escalation for Tier I Service Desk and Tier II Deskside Support, but will field first level support for all Leadership, Executive and UMA affiliate employees. Members of the Production Engineering team will have shared knowledge and skillset of job responsibilities. There will be individually assigned primary responsibility for some specific core business applications. Team members in this role will be responsible for creating and maintaining up to date documentation and SOPs related to core business systems and processes so to effectively train other support team members as well as customers. Production Engineering team members will engage regularly with Application Owners so to stay atop changes, enhancements, bugs, fixes and updates. Production Engineering team members will engage in any outage, as assigned to core business applications, to include up to resolution and RCA processing. Necessary team members will attend Change Management discussions and will participate in Problem Management processes.

- Contribute to new product development and existing product maintenance

Purpose of the Position:
The Talent Development Manager is responsible for talent development deliverables across the organization to support various training, learning, and team member development initiatives. The Talent Development Manager will be instrumental in being an ambassador for the organization and advocates for team member growth and retention. The Talent Development Manager also assists key stakeholders and leadership team members with training effectiveness goals that align with organizational vision and values.
