Ultimate Medical Academy (UMA) is seeking an experienced marketing specialist to help manage and implement various campaigns across our team and institution. In our strive to become a leader in healthcare education, we are looking to add the perfect complement (hopefully you) to our collaborative Marketing team.

 

The main responsibilities of this Marketing Specialist role will include supporting departments through marketing campaigns, researching and following best practices, and helping support our demand generation efforts. This role will also collaborate with our creative team to follow brand standards while developing copy, design for email campaigns. Also work closely with our Email team to follow email best practices, help manage inbound email responses to campaigns, database segmentation, and marketing personalization.

 

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Also meets UMA’s enrollment objectives by sharing UMA’s philosophy and educational programs to gain new student interest and meeting school enrollment and start objectives in an accurate, professional, and ethical manner.

 

The Director of Operations is also responsible for planning, developing and administering career and employment assistance programs for students, graduates and alumni. The Director of Operations will build effective relationships with local and regional corporations, non-profit and government organizations and community partners to identify employment opportunities.

Purpose of the Position:

The Manager of Academic Affairs supports the Associate Director of Academic Affairs to build, refine and execute specific vision and strategy for Program, Student and/or Faculty Affairs as assigned. To facilitate the development and implementation of internal operations, the Manager is responsible for the personnel management for two or more teams that assist in Academic Affairs functions.  To support institutional initiatives, the Manager of Academic Affairs partners with other UMA departments including Compliance, Legal, Admissions, Student Finance, Registrar, Learner Services, Business Intelligence, Strategy, Academic Technologies, Information Technology, Career Services, and Alumni Services.

Purpose of the Position

The Call Center Dialer Administrator position is responsible for the 24/7 support and maintenance of the CIC/Pure Connect Dialer system and outbound campaign initiatives in a call center environment, with additional responsibilities to assist with general Systems in a VoIP/SIP environment. This hands-on position will be required to provide technical support, configuration & engineering services, and work closely with cross functional business units, specifically Admissions.

 

Our ideal candidate will have a unique combination of technical competency and business facing skills.   He/She will be a hands-on self-starter with strong communication skills and will work with diverse groups and vendors in a growing company.  Must be able to maintain work efficiently and respond quickly to a rapidly changing environment.  The candidate must analyze outcomes, and adjust strategies and tactics in situations where current approaches are ineffective.  The candidate must be able to work with multiple project teams simultaneously and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Purpose of the Position

This position is responsible for second level support to all the company’s technology users to include desktops, laptops, telephony devices and printers.  This is a mobile position with advanced knowledge in a corporate Windows 7 environment.  This position will be required to cover all the responsibilities of the Level I Desktop Support Technician with added responsibilities.  This position will report to the Manager of the Service & Support Team.

Purpose of the Position

A Program Administrator provides administrative support for online Senior Education Leadership including Associate Deans/Directors and Program Directors as well as other Academic Affairs staff to increase program health, curriculum viability, instructor performance, and student achievement. To this aim, a Program Administrator leads a variety of institutional processes that support Taskforce Meetings, SAP Appeals, Program Transfers, Re-entry Requests, and Multiple Enrollments. A Program Administrator also leads the development, tracking, and reporting of Campus Effective Plans, Program Retention and Placement Action Plans, and Student SAP Academic Plans. A Program Administrator facilitates inter- and intra-departmental efforts to collect data necessary to evaluate the impact of Education-driven pilots, initiatives, and action plans.  Moreover, a Program Administrator partners with Academic Technologies (AT), Business Technology (BI). Information Technology (IT) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to create and manage a Program Dashboard as well as aggregate the data generated to facilitate problem-solving across departments in taskforce meetings.  A Program Administrator also plans and executes special events such as Advisory Boards, Commencement, and Annual Summit.
