The Marketing Analyst will function as a conduit between UMA’s internal and external stakeholders providing data-driven value. Purpose of the Position:
The Paralegal is responsible for supporting a broad range of practice areas and leading all administrative support functions for the Office of General Counsel within UMA Education, Inc. and its affiliates, divisions, and subsidiaries. The role requires a well-developed understanding of in-house legal operations and the practice areas relevant to a nonprofit institution of higher education, including but not limited to legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, corporate governance, immigration, identifying opportunities for streamlining workflows, enhancing efficiency, and implementing best practices, as well as a keen attention to detail, organization, and excellent writing skills. The Paralegal collaborates on a daily basis with individuals at all levels across the organization – from individual contributors to Board members – and must be able to synthesize and apply information gathered from a variety of sources to sustain and improve legal operations and serve as the main point of contact for the Office of General Counsel.

Purpose of the Position:
The Placement Verification Advisor reviews call(s), guides, and supports documentation submitted by the Graduate Success Teams for all graduates who have been placed in a job 15 days after they have graduated and verified 15 days after being employed. The Placement Verification Advisor contacts all placements entered by the Career Service Advisors for the Clearwater Campus and Alumni repeat placements. The Placement Verification Advisor contacts either the graduate or employer to review: the start date, job title, and employer’s name and address, and ask programmatic questions used to create the final job description. The Placement Verification Advisor’s actions include business authentication; ensuring the placement is in the allied health field and locating a job description online to upload into the student’s profile.
The Placement Verification Advisor reports to the Manager or Senior Manager, Placement Verification.
